Punakha - Tashithang - Goen Damji (Start of Laya Trek)
Day 06: Goen Damji - Gasa
Day 07: Gasa - Koena
Day 08: Koena - Laya
Day 09: Laya
Day 10: Laya - Koena
Day 11:
Koena - Gasa ( Hot Spring )
Day 12: Gasa ( Hot Spring ) - Goen Damji
Day 13: Goen Damji - Tashithang – Thimphu (End of Laya Trek)
Day 14: Thimphu - Paro
Day 15: Paro - Airport for Departure.

Recommendations: The trek is a relatively difficult requiring good physical fitness. Few weeks training is advised and a physical fitness check-up is a must.
